OPENING 2018 | ACROSS FROM THE UNIVERSITY NEVADA RENO
ABOUT THE TOWERS
AT PINK | HILL
Garry Hill-Thomas, MBA, and Kevinn Pinkney founded Pink Hill Properties in 2011 with one thing in mind: to create community by revitalizing communities.
Located across the street from the University of Nevada, Pink Hill Properties’ flagship project, The Towers, will boast something the Reno area has yet to see – urban style, mixed-use student housing with restaurants and a banking development.
The Towers at Pink Hill will open in 2018 and current plans show retail and restaurants on the lower level with three stories of student lifestyle living.
